Dr. Binstock is a Chiropractor and two-time Olympian who proudly represented Canada at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games, as well as the 2015 Pan American Games. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2009.

Before attending CMCC, Dr. Binstock completed a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto, where he was a key contributor to three OUA Provincial Championship titles over four years. His academic and athletic achievements were recognized with the prestigious “T-Holders” Award for excellence in both areas.

Dr. Binstock was introduced to chiropractic care early in life, which sparked a deep appreciation for its role in optimizing health and athletic performance. This experience ultimately shaped his decision to pursue chiropractic as a career.

Drawing from his background as a high-performance athlete, Dr. Binstock has a strong understanding of the relationship between physical health, mindset, and performance. He takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care and practices using a diversified treatment philosophy.

While he has a particular interest in working with athletes, his treatment methods are effective for individuals managing both acute and chronic conditions. Known for his positive and supportive approach, Dr. Binstock focuses not only on recovery, but on helping patients reach their full potential and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Binstock is an active speaker for schools, businesses, and organizations. He also offers private mentorship for student-athletes, sharing insights gained from his Olympic journey. His mentorship covers topics such as mindset development, goal setting, nutrition, balancing academics with sport, performing under pressure, and using adversity as a tool for growth—emphasizing the importance of long-term mind-body health.
