Chris is a passionate Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) practitioner with a background in Kinesiology from York University. While he began his career focused on sport-specific training and athlete development, he quickly found fulfillment in helping people of all ages and activity levels move better and feel stronger. His training philosophy is built around three key pillars: improving overall health and wellness, enhancing performance, and supporting long-term longevity.

As an FST practitioner, Chris combines hands-on stretch therapy with exercise to support pain-free movement and better function. FST is a gentle, relaxing manual therapy—similar to massage—that helps improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and restore posture by addressing the body’s connective tissue. Beyond athletic performance, FST can be especially helpful for relieving chronic pain and improving how your body moves day to day. Whether you’re an athlete or simply looking to move and feel better, Chris uses a holistic approach to help you reach your full potential.
