Adam has been active his entire life. Growing up, his weekends were filled with hockey and soccer tournaments, and family trips often included camping and hiking adventures. He earned his Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University and has since completed certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning.
Adam finds great motivation in helping clients overcome challenges and reach goals they might not be able to tackle on their own. His training approach blends functional strength with coordinated movement, emphasizing not just results but also the positive experiences and progress made throughout each workout.
